Ticket Booking and hotel boooking
No objection letter from the sponsor/employer
Invitation letter from Malaysia (if any)
Original Six months Bank Statement
If need a multiple Visa, please write a letter to inform why you need the multiple entry visa
CPR copy and RP copy valid for another 3 months from the travel
Vaccination Certificate copy
As Malaysia is currently in transition to the endemic phase and reopen the country’s borders to the travellers from abroad starting April 1, 2022, the new entry requirements as follows:
Download the My Sejahtera app and create an account (within a week before departing for Malaysia);
Fill-up the digital pre-departure form via the ‘Traveller’ icon on MySejahtera;
Verify your digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate (for travellers with vaccine certificates issued overseas);
Take a pre-departure COVID-19 test within 2 days of departure;
Purchase COVID-19 travel insurance (for short-term foreign visitors);
Professional rapid antigen test (RTK-Ag) within 24 hours of arrival;
5 days quarantine for partialy vaccinated or unvaccinated travellers;
