Schengen Tourist Visa

1. Visa Application Form
We will complete the Schengen visa application form. It’s a standard form used for all Schengen Area countries.

2. Passport

• Must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen Area.

• Must have at least two blank pages for visa stamps.

3. Passport-Sized Photographs

• Two recent passport-sized photos (35mm x 45mm).

• Must meet Schengen visa photo requirements.

• In color, neutral facial expression, and clearly visible face.

4. Travel Itinerary
You must provide a detailed travel itinerary, including:

• Round-trip flight reservation with dates.

• Accommodation booking for your entire stay (hotel, rental, or invitation letter if staying with friends/family).

• Travel dates and a brief explanation of your travel plans.

5. Travel Insurance

• Must cover medical emergencies, accidents, and repatriation within the Schengen Area.

• Minimum coverage of €30,000.

• Must be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

6. Proof of Financial Means

• Bank statements for the last six months.

• Pay slips, sponsorship letters, or other proof of income.

• Must show you can support yourself during your stay.

7. NOC Letter

• A No Objection Certificate from your employer or institution.

• Should confirm no objection to your travel and include the duration and purpose of your trip.

8. Visa Fee

• Standard tourist visa fee: approximately 34 OMR for adults.

9. Proof of Accommodation

• Hotel bookings or invitation letter from a host (if staying with friends/family).

• Must cover the full duration of your stay.

10. Proof of Civil Status

• Residence permit of Oman.

11. Previous Visas (if applicable)

• Copies of old Schengen visas or entry/exit stamps, if available.

12. Appointment and Visa Submission

• • Schedule an appointment with the Schengen consulate or visa application center in your country.
