1. Valid Passport

2. DS-160 Form

• Online non-immigrant visa application form.

3. Visa Application Fee Receipt

• Non-refundable visa fee of 130 OMR per person.

• Payment receipt is required at the interview.

4. Visa Appointment Confirmation

• Bring a printed confirmation to your interview.

5. Passport-Sized Photograph

• One recent photo (2x2 inches / 51x51 mm).

• Taken in the last 6 months, with:

  • White or off-white background

  • No hats or glasses

  • Clear full-face visibility

  • Color format with neutral expression

6. U.S. Visa Interview Confirmation

• Print and carry your interview appointment confirmation page on the day of your interview.
